Mark as Useful They say they are a collections agency but when you call them back its an answering machine or a fax beep. I believe I got scammed from them and gave out a credit card #

Mark as Useful A non english speaking Indian person keeps calling me stating that he is with"ACS" and it is in regards to a pay day loan debt (which i have NEVER gotten) and that I need to call him back immdeiately to avoid being arrested for some kind of fraud. it was hard to understand him and I asked for his supervisior and verification of the "debt" and he could not provide either thing i asked for. Told him i reported him to the local police department, the FBI and the BBB and then he starts yelling and cussing talking about I would be arrested at my work, to which I responded good because I never got a payday loan from ANYONE and this is not a legimate debt collection agency. THis is the 3rd different number they call from and now they are calling my job!!! They got my info from the internet because I applied for a loan that I never got.
